Motorcycles and motor-driven cycles with these capabilities and<br />
equipment cannot be lawfully imported into the U.S. unless they were<br />
originally manufactured to comply with all applicable FMVSS and bear<br />
a label certifying such compliance that is permanently affixed by the<br />
